• Redeveloped the app to use Shopify's new framework. Due to Shopify deprecating their framework for apps, we had to refresh the user interface of the app. We will be updating the guide to make sure it is up to date.

Admin Order Action

• Changed layout of Admin Order Action extension. Overview will be shown first with the status of e-invoice and the notes.
• A new Issue Note button will be available to toggle into a UI that can ease customer to issue notes by refering to transactions on the order.
• Added full-trail PDF button.
• Allow admin to create e-invoice for old orders. (But still subject to the e-invoice condition example 72 hours from the selected datetime option)
• Added the e-invoice issuance datetime on the selected date time option.

• Added QR code snippet on printed receipts from Shopify POS. This QR code will redirect to create an e-invoice request or to redirect to the e-invoice request status page. This can only be utilized by Shopify POS Pro locations.

• Added Strict E-invoice Request Condition. Previously all e-invoices will only be due 72 hours after the e-invoice request was created. Now an option is provided for merchant to modify it into 72 hours after the order was created. (Still within the month).

• Admins can now select order datetime for e-invoice request for customers. These options are useful for mainly B2B cases where transactions or obligation of payment is not created yet.
• These are the options available:
  • Order Processing Datetime: This is the datetime when the order was created/processed. ( Typical B2C )
  • First Transaction Datetime: Use this if the order is paid after the order date but not fulfilled yet. ( Only available if the order has at least 1 transaction )
  • First Fulfillment Datetime: Use this if the order is fulfilled before paid. ( Only available if the order has at least 1 fulfillment )
